Second, I'm going to start every lecture with a meditation from the fantastic Sitting Still Like a Frog book, all read by Myla Kabat-Zinn. If you don't want to participate that's completely fine.

Let's continue by reviewing all the Introductory visionOS samples - don't forget to look at the list at the bottom instead of the thumbnails at the top - Apple seem to have hidden some samples. Let's review all the apps - who wants to start by coming up to the front? We'll go one app at a time.
